Privacy Policy

iLoveLeads (iloveleads.com) is operated by Scaleworks Global LLC, 1910 Thomes Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and the choices you have. "We" and "us" mean iLoveLeads.

• When you send an inquiry: your name, email, phone number, the product you are interested in, the volume you expect, and your message. We also record the IP address and browser type the inquiry came from, to prevent spam and abuse.
• When you create an account: your name, company, phone number, and email. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider and stored only in encrypted form; we never see it.
• When you buy: the billing and delivery details on your invoice, and, when you sign it, your name, title, signature, and the time and IP address of the signature.
• When you use your account: your orders, deliveries, support tickets, and messages with your rep. If you buy SMS services, the texts exchanged with your leads are stored so you can read them in your inbox.
• If you use the Calendar: your booking page settings (your hours, time zone and call length) and the calls booked with you, including the name, phone number, email and note each person gives when they book.
• To keep you signed in, your browser stores a sign-in token. If you choose to have us remember your device, your browser also keeps a security key that never leaves it.
• To protect your account, when you sign in we record the IP address, browser type and approximate location, and a browser fingerprint: a one-way code made from settings such as your time zone, language and graphics hardware, which cannot be turned back into those settings. We use these only to secure your account and to warn you about sign-ins from somewhere new. We do not use advertising cookies.
• To see which of our public pages people visit, we count visits with Plausible Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and collects no personal information. It counts only our public pages, never the pages inside your account, and keeps only totals, such as how many people viewed a page and where they came from.

• To answer your inquiry and assign you a rep.
• To contact you about your inquiry and your account by email, phone, or text.
• To create and manage your account, prepare invoices, and deliver your orders.
• To send service emails, such as sign-up confirmation, invoices, and delivery notices.
• To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your details are available to the iLoveLeads team members who work on your account: your rep, the people who fill your orders, and our administrators.

We use service providers to run the website: Supabase for our database, sign-in, and file storage; Netlify for hosting; Resend for sending email; and Plausible Analytics for counting visits to our public pages. They process information only to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of the business.

We do not sell the personal information you provide through this website.

You can connect your Google Calendar to your account. When you do, Google asks you to allow two things, and we use them only for the Calendar:

• Your email address, to show which Google account is connected.
• Adding, moving and removing events on calendars you own: each call booked in your account goes on your main calendar as an event with the lead's name, phone number and a link to the lead, moves when the call moves, and comes off when it is cancelled. We do not read, change or delete any event we did not add.
• When you are busy: the busy times on your main calendar, so they cannot be booked on your booking page. We see only that a time is busy, never what the event is, and we do not store the times.

The access Google gives us is stored encrypted and used only by our servers, to keep your calendar in step with your booked calls. We do not use Google data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with anyone except as needed to run the Calendar for you, to comply with the law, or with your permission. No person at iLoveLeads reads it unless you ask us to for support, or the law or security requires it.

iLoveLeads' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect at any time from Calendar > Google Calendar in your account, which ends our access and deletes what we kept, or from your Google account's security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Events already added stay on your calendar until you delete them.

We keep your information while your account is open and for as long as we need it to serve you. Invoices and signed documents are kept as long as our legal, tax, and accounting obligations require.

The site uses encrypted connections, and access to your information is limited by role, so each team member sees only what their job requires. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

• You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@iloveleads.com. Some records, such as signed invoices, may need to be kept for legal reasons.
• You can update your name, company, and phone number in your account settings at any time.
• If we text you, reply STOP to stop receiving texts.

This website is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
