Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of iloveleads.com and the services offered on it, operated by Scaleworks Global LLC ("iLoveLeads", "we", "us"). By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 and using the service for business purposes. If you act for a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it to these terms.

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

• Prices and volumes shown on the website are estimates. Your rep confirms the final price, volume, and delivery details, and they are set out in your invoice.
• An order is placed when you sign its invoice. The terms printed on the signed invoice apply to that order, together with these terms. If they conflict, the invoice controls.
• Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days after we receive payment and all required documentation.
• All sales are final, and fees paid are non-refundable.

We work to deliver data that meets or exceeds industry standards for the criteria you order. We do not guarantee email addresses, and we do not guarantee any contact, response, or sales results.

You are solely responsible for how you use the leads and data you buy, including compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, federal and state Do Not Call rules, CAN-SPAM, and state telemarketing, texting, and privacy laws.

You are responsible for scrubbing your lists against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state lists, and for scrubbing cell phone numbers where the law requires it. Suppression against a Do Not Call file you supply before your order is processed is an optional service we perform at no extra charge; we are not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated files you provide.

We are not responsible or liable for any unlawful use of the data we deliver.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
• Access another person's account or data, or try to get around security or access controls.
• Interfere with the website, or copy or scrape it with automated tools.
• Upload anything harmful, such as malware.

The website, its design, text, graphics, and software belong to iLoveLeads or its licensors. You may use them only to use the service as intended.

Except as stated in your signed invoice, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, iLoveLeads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to defend and indemnify iLoveLeads against claims, losses, and costs arising from your use of the data you buy, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law, including telemarketing and privacy laws.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as compliance, liability, and indemnity, survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
